Mazuri Exotic Animal Nutrition is a d/b/a of PMI Nutrition International, LLC (hereinafter “Mazuri”) and is an affiliate of Land O’Lakes, Inc. 
 
We are committed to providing a secure and transparent online experience, so we provide this Notice to ensure that you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information that you share with us or we automatically collect (all such information is referred to collectively as “Your Information”) through your use of our website, creating an account, services, products, or offerings (a “Mazuri Product”). Your Information may be shared with us when you complete forms on the website (e.g.,  create a registered user account, report a problem with our website, etc); respond to surveys; purchase or use Mazuri Products; make search queries on our website; or provide Your Information to be published or displayed on public areas of the website.  The types of information that you share with us depends on which Mazuri Products you use and how you choose to interact with us. 
 
The following is a non-exhaustive list of the types of  information that you may choose to share with  us:

  • Your device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, device date and time, unique device identifiers, mobile network information)
 
If you choose not to provide information, we may not be able to provide you with requested products, services or information.
 
(II)     Information We Collect Automatically
To make your user experience as efficient and productive as possible, we track and automatically collect information regarding certain activities on our website. However, we want you to know that the tracking and collection technology we use cannot retrieve information from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture any personal information about you, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
 
When you navigate through and interact with our website, we track and automatically collect certain information.  Our Service Providers, the companies, consultants and others who support Mazuri Products (“Service Providers”), use technologies such as cookies and web beacons to track and collect information which includes your internet protocol (IP) address(es), browser type, internet service provider (ISP), and operating system, as well as referring/exit pages, a date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We and our Service Providers use this information for security purposes, to display information more effectively, and to personalize your website experience. We also gather statistical information about application use to continually improve application functionality, analyze trends, understand how applications are used, and resolve performance issues or improve the website.  
 
In addition to the information we track and collect with cookies, flash cookies, web beacons and clear gifs, we may also collect information regarding the physical location of your device by, for example, using GPS, cell phone tower or Wi-Fi signal data. If you do not wish to receive certain communications, you may deactivate your account.  If you wish to opt out of marketing or similar emails, you may use the “unsubscribe” link we have included in such emails to remove yourself from the distribution list. You may also email us at privacy@landolakes.com to make your unsubscribe request. While you may have the option to opt out of a number of communications, there are some communications that you may not opt out of receiving. For example, communications relating to the status of, or changes to, your accounts, orders, and payments, cannot be opted out of by you.
 
(B)    Collection of Your Information
           Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can set yours to decline them or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If your browser is set to decline cookies, please note that some parts of this website may then be inaccessible or not function properly. For example, you will not be able to place an order or retrieve your order status.
